BAMU prepard for offline exams, Center list declared


The Board of Examinations of BAMU has started preparations for UG & PG examinations. The Board is planning the distribution of answer books at the centres.

The exams of UG courses like BA, BCom, BSc, BCA, BBA, BSW, and BCS will commence on June 1 while The exams of PG courses like MA, MCom and MSc will start on June 21.

Recently BAMU have issued circular regarding centers for exams, The Examinations Centers at various colleges situated in University area as mentioned this circular.


There are 340 UG colleges in Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed and Osmanabad districts with 4 lakh students. There are 75 to 80 PG colleges with over 65,000 candidates. Around 22 lakh answer books are needed for the one session. This means 44 lakh answer books are used in two sessions annually. 

The UG examinations will commence in Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed and Osmanabad districts on June 1 while PG candidates will take their first paper on June 21. Bamu conducted online examinations during the last two years.

With the decline in the second wave, it decided to hold offline examinations for March/April 2022 session to be held in June/July 2022. The BoEE is planning the distribution of answer books at the centres.

BoEE director Dr Ganesh Manza said that unused answer books for March/April 2020 session distribution, so, there is no need to purchase new answer books.


Students to get 15 minutes extra

Also Bamu has decided to allot 15 minutes to undergraduate courses March/April 2022 session’s examinations.

The students have lost practice in writing because of online examinations. Bamu decided to conduct an examination in offline mode after two years of duration and provide 15 minutes extra time.
