The land record department had invited applications for the exam for the post of surveyor cum clerk. The date to apply was from 9 to 31 December, 2021 on the official portal http://landrecordsrecruitment2021.in Many candidates holding degrees applied for the post.
As on 31st December, 2021, total of 76 thousand 379 applications online has been received by the department. The scrutiny of the data revealed that candidates who did not have academic qualifications had filled up the application form, while some candidates had filled for more than one decision, also found that their photographs and signatures had been uploaded incorrectly.
For this reason, the department has decided to make the process of scrutinizing the applications for the selection of eligible candidates from the applications received online in a timely manner. Detailed instructions will be published on the department's website http://mahabhumi.gov.in.
Candidates who do not have the required academic qualifications will be disqualified from appearing for the examination and after filling in the appropriate information in the form given along with the scrutiny application, the fee paid in their official bank account will be refunded. All the candidates have been instructed to cooperate in this regard by the Settlement Commissioner and Director, Land Records, Maharashtra State, Pune.
