The incident of murder of a youth in an old dispute in Misrawadi came to light on Saturday midnight. The deceased has been identified as Hasan Sajid Patel (25, resident of Misarwadi).
According to CIDCO police, it was revealed that 9 people had killed Hasan Patel in Misarwadi in the middle of the night. A case of murder has been registered against nine persons at CIDCO police station on the complaint of Javed Patel, brother of the deceased.
The accused include Taleb Sultan Chaudhry, Sultan Chaudhry, Nasser Sultan Chaudhry, Ali Sultan Chaudhry, Nasir Abdul Patel, Raheel Ansari, Musa Sheikh, Riaz alias Don, Akhef alias Golden Yunus Qureshi.
The deceased Hassan was in the business of buying and selling the plot. He left the house at 9 pm. At 11 pm, he was attacked by nine men near a tapari in Misarwadi. The main accused, Taleb Chaus, allegedly stabbed Hassan in the stomach.
