After brutal murder of 25 year old Sajid patel, police missionary rushed to the spot and started search operation of all 9 accused. During the operation, Jinsi police & crime branch nabbed Mohammad Riyaz, Raheel Ansari, Akeeb Qurashi and shaikh Musa. The rest of the accused will be arrested soon, said police inspector Pawar.
What happened that night!
According to the details, A 25-year-old youth, who was in plotting business, was brutally stabbed 36 times over an old dispute at 11.30 am on Saturday in lane No. 9 of Misarwadi. A case of murder was registered against nine persons in Cidco police station on a complaint by Javed Patel, brother of the deceased.
According to police, Hasan went out of the house on Saturday night on his Bullet motorcycle to attend his friend's birthday. The family members contacted on Hasan's mobile but his mobile phone was found switched off. So Javed, brother ofthe victim, a rickshaw driver by profession went out to search him.
Around 11 pm, Hasan was found on the main road of Misarwadi in lane number 9 near Greaves Company. He was smoking a cigarette at a kiosk near the company's wall. Javed told him to go home. At that time, a group of nine persons started run ning towards Hasan. Taleb Sultan Chaudhary, Nasser Sultan Chaudhary, Ali Sultan Chaudhary, Sultan Chaudhary (four from Misarwadi), Mohammad Riaz alias Don, Raheel Ansari, Shaikh Musa alias Karim (three from KatkatGate area), Adv. Nasser Abdul Waheed Patel (Harsul) and Akeeb alias Golden Younus Qureshi (Sillekhana) made attack with knives on Hasan. During the attack He died on the spot. The group then fled the spot. The incident took place within few minutes.
Murder infront of brother
Seeing the horrific incident before his eyes, Hassan's brother Javed became speechless for amoment. Later he narrated the incident to family and his friends. After receiving information about the incident, Dy Commissioners of Police Deepak Girhe, Ujwala Vankar, ACP Nishikant Bhujbal, Police Inspector Sambhaji Pawar, duty offi cer PSI Krishna Ghayal and others visited the spot. PSI Vinod Salgarkar is investigating the matter.
4 arrested in overnight Search Operation
After the incident, all the accused fled. However, police swung into action and conducted an overnight search operation to trace them. Akeb alias Golden was handcuffed by a team of crime branch sub inspector Kalyan Shelke at 3 am. Abdul was also taken into custody along with him for questioning. Mohammad and Riaz alias Riaz Don Ansari and Raheel Ansari Yusuf Ansari were caught red-handed by a team of sub-inspector Gokul Thakur of Jinsi police crime branch on Sunday morning. Crime branch PSI Datta Shelke's team arrested Shaikh Musa alias Karim from Vaijapur.
