One prabhag of three wards
Election commission scrapped *One Ward, One corporater* system, instead of this all wards have been combined as cluster of ward called Prabhag. The AMC is forming *total 38 prabhag* from 115 wards, Each prabhag will comprise of 3 wards and the last one will be of 4 wards.

⚡37 prabhag is of 3 wards.
⚡1 special prabhag is of 4 wards.
⚡ 115 corporater will fight for 115 seats.
⚡ Elections expected in March/April 2022
⚡10% changes in old wards boundary.
⚡Each prabhag have 25k to 35k population.
⚡New voters can register after completing 18yr on 1st Jan.
⚡Voter list revision/corrections will be done in November

Election commission has ordered to mark prabhags from North to South in a zigzag pattern. The population of each prabhag will be around 30k-35k voters. As per the orders, the prabhags will start from the Harsul area and end at the Satara-Nakshatrwadi area.
