Till date, 1283 coronavirus patients have recovered and returned home in Aurangabad district. A total of 751 patients are undergoing treatment. With the addition of 81 coronavirus patients today, the district administration has reported 2150 coronavirus cases in the district so far.

6 Died in Ghati and mini Ghati
A 55-year-old male coronavirus patient from Arif Colony in Aurangabad city died at Government College and Hospital on June 8 at 3 pm and at 9.15 pm while an 83-year-old male coronary artery patient from Rama Nagar in Kranti Chowk died while undergoing treatment. A 40-year-old woman from Jadhavwadi died at 7.30 am, a 70-year-old man from Yunus Colony died at 7.15 am and a 65-year-old man from Jahagirdar Colony died at 7.30 am.
A 67-year-old male corona-infected patient from Mujib Colony at Roshan Gate in a private hospital in the city died at 8 am, while a 73-year-old male corona-infected patient from Garkheda area in another private hospital died during treatment at 4.30 pm.
So far, 88 coronas have died in the Ghati 27 in three different private hospitals and 01 in the mini-ghati, leaving a total of 116 corona patients in the district, the administration said.
