In order to solve the problem of employment in rural areas in the event of lockdown caused by Corona disease, the government has planned to start large scale works in the state under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. The government has approved these works following the guidelines of social distance.
Rohyo Minister Sandipan Bhumare has appealed to the people in rural areas to take advantage of MGNREGA wages.
